TOSFED Information Management System

As the national governing body for motorsport in Turkey, TOSFED manages competition licences, competitor records, club affiliations and event entries for thousands of people. Much of this work relied on manual, paper-based processes spread across departments — slow for staff, inconvenient for members, and hard to keep consistent.

I coordinated the development, rollout and ongoing management of a central web-based Information Management System (BYS) for the federation:

• Gathered requirements from federation departments and translated them into concrete features.
• Coordinated the development team and tested new modules before each release.
• Planned the rollout, onboarding clubs, officials and licence holders onto the platform.
• Provide day-to-day administration, user support and continuous improvement of the system.

• More than 2,000 registered users — competitors, officials and clubs — now manage licences and entries online.
• Licensing and event-entry workflows are digital end-to-end, reducing manual paperwork for federation staff.
• The platform has become the federation's core operational system and continues to grow with new modules.
